Admittedly, I made a couple of mistakes... I was selling two items of jewellery (not cheap might I add), I accidently mixed up the parcels so they each received eachothers items. Both immediately contacted me on ebay to notify me of the error, so I quickly refunded postage to each of them. Here's my second error... I asked them to send the items on to the rightful buyers, in hindsight I wish I'd asked them to send to me so that I could rectify. One buyer sent it on to the rightful buyer, the other buyer signed for their correct item but has kept the other. She's not responding to any of my messages or emails.
I've sent an invoice for the other item, of course nothing either.
Can anyone help? I'm mad at myself for being so naieve, but also can't believe she'd want to do that to the other buyer.
