Hi,
Paypal has to seriously work in this regard to download the FIRC document via paypal partner's bank CITI Bank. I have been told that to get a covering letter from my bank and submit to Corporate office of CITI bank in my location and again paying 250+ GST to get each FIRC document. This is quite absurd after being deducting 4.9% as paypal fee and with lesser exchange rate. Need to seriously think in this issue to get resolved and provide a easy download option from our paypal dashboard.
