Account verification

Hi experts,

i have registered a business paypal account. and it said i need to verified my credit card. and paypal will charge me some small amount to get the unique code. 

So, after 2 weeks i still got nothing from my credit card statement. thats is why i dont have my unique code.

Main Question:

im building a shop at shopify, and i choosed paypal to recieve a payment. but yet its not working since my account not verified!

is there any experts can help me with this situation?

me too, its very hard to verify identity, i make another new account for transfer because i need it fast.

but i still have money in my old account and still try to verify my old account,

i dont know what this paypal want by make it hard for verify
