Old Account with landline number / LogIn SMS required

I created another account years ago, back then I registered a landline as my number (which apparently was permitted), now it to login PayPal says it's going to send me a SMS, but it is... a landline...

How do I log in into my old account, and change the actual phone number to my cellphone?
