When I purchased an SSD hard drive from China I thought I was protected under paypal's guarantee system.
I filed a complaint as not as described when I had the drive fitted to a laptop at considerable expense. It took two weeks to save up the money.
The item not as described complaint process fell by the wayside as time ran out mid stream and the case was closed.
The seller will not respond to my complaint which is perhaps why he has so much negative feedback.
I have no details of the person other than his email address.
I will approach my bank and try and recover my money as paypal allow ebay sellers to commit theft in the name of trade.
If and when I ever get my money back under the Visa guarantee I will close my paypal account and they can find another sucker to rob.
Meanwhile I am £160 out of pocket because I "Venture" to buy a hard drive from China.
I hope other people will not "Venture" to buy from the same seller.
