I bought an item for an ebay seller and the item was doa. I ended up agreeing for him to sell me another one at a lower price instead of paying shipping to return item. I recieved the paypal invoice but in the desciption it is only marked as goods. How can I know he will send me what I'm paying for and will paypal help me if it is not. Thanks
