Hi I was wondering why my security check does not allow me to continue with my email address change. I have recently moved and therefore my old email does not exist. I was asked for my complete bank account number. I entered the 7 digit number and the following message comes up.
"Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again."
I'm afraid to try again as this may lock me out of my account.
Any suggestions?
