omg, i was looking up through my email today and found 3 emails that was sent by paypal in march 21. I didnt notice becos it was my b-day and everyone was giving me the facebook msgs. The 1st email is the receipt, the 2nd one is payment confirmation, and the 3rd one is the acct limitation. Holy fuk, i lost my wallet last month and got my new bank card so when i try to login, it needs to enter my old bank acct numbers. I cant do anything to dispute thus i created this acct to get help. That mofo is pretty smart, he made me pay $40 for a virtual game item which i dont even play... please help. thx
