Resolved Case but do not know where the money went.

I recently won a case where I used my debit card to pay and when it sent me back the money it says that it paid to credit card and it didn't appear in my back account so... where did it go?

If your PayPal transaction history shows that the credit is going back to your card, that means the funds are on their way there. The length of time for a card statement to show a credit can vary. Most card issuing banks update the information within a few days, but some can take a full billing cycle to show a credit.

How long ago was the refund credited to you via the case?
