I filed a dispute for an order I had not received after 2 weeks. I did the dispute for the full amount including shipping. A week later the order arrives but 4 pcs are missing from the 14pcs i ordered. I contacted the seller but he told me he cnt refund me until I close the dispute. How do I lower the dispute to show the amount for just the 4pcs missing plus some shipping? It closes on March 8th.
