New here, I hope someone may be able to advise.
I had purchased 3 or 4 items from a Ebay seller. I had bought many items from her before, and always paid the combined shipping rate.
My iphone Papal mobile AP said it needed to update , so I did. Somehow it logged me on and a mobile payment was sent- but for only one of my items using the most expensive shipping option (almost 25$ on a 1$ item!! )
I contacted the seller explaining the problem- she said that it had been resolved. It was not . I explained again how I needed her to cancel the transaction and re inforce me for the total of all items and the less expensive shipping rate. She did not,
Then she filed unpaid claim on me - including the original item which had been paid for.
I paid for everything tonight and now the one item has been paid for twice plus the 24$ + in shipping.
How can I cancel THAT original transaction?
