How can I get my money back? (scam)

Hello there,

 

I did my first user-to-user transaction last night and the seller enticed me into using "Send as gift", pretending it was gonna save me fees and hassle, and also because the transaction is immaterial (access to an account).

 

Now I find that the transaction was a scam, said access it no where near what was described and I am stuck having done a transaction that does not fit in PayPal's 45-day policy. What are my resources? 

 

I lose a couple hundred dollars in the transaction, so I hope there are ways to fix this.
