Help with claim

So I escalated a dispute to a claim because the seller stopped replying to my posts.  Ebay had gotten rid of this item that was listed because it was counterfeit.  Now, I still do not have my item AND ebay's message said that if it is past its estimated delivery time, I can open a dispute.  So now that it is a claim, paypal is saying that right now it is waiting for my response.  I cannot find anywhere that allows me to provide proof, submit a file or "proof".  I am very confused.  But I also noticed that under "What happens next.." it says that paypal will have looked over it by the 24th.  So does this mean I don't need to ad any proof, or do I still have to and where can I find this?
