For those of you selling any form of items on eBay, please pay special attention to a buyer with a New-York cellular number and by name of Paul asking to make payment to WESTERN UNION in excess fo $2500 in order to faciliate transport arrangement with an associate from CHINA.
Below you will find the address for CHINA contact and other items to pay attention to such as the originating email address (complete) which, according to PAYPAL, does NOT belong to Paypal and is difinitely a FRAUD. I took the liberty to record the person's IP address, cellular number as welll as alias used to commercial fraud unit for local law enforcement.
One thing to remember, when receiving ANY form of correspondance from Paypal, ALWAYS confirm by contacting them and confirm transactions BEFORE making any quesitonable payments to 3rd party. Take the time to READ alll the content of messages and/or emails.
