wrong item shipped

I ordered a purse from a company and it was taking so long so i put in a claim now i got a wrong item sent and i want my money back how does this work and who can i talk to because the claim wont be closed until the 8th of Oct. I am so upset this happened was so excited and then crap like this happens when the amount was around $38 dollars and the value of the shipped item might be $5

If the dispute is still open go and CHANGE it to a dispute for item received but not as described.
