I bought a Wig from WIGSBUY. it was horrendous , unwearable ,nothing like the photo and not cheap. Paypal were very good and refunded me . Now WIGSBUY want me to spend a large amount to return it. Why should it cost me to receive faulty goods.

If you have already had a refund then tell them that you are happy to return the item to them as long as they send you a shipping label to cover the postage cost.
Advice is voluntary.

I thought I would just ignore them as they tried to con me in the first place and made it seem that if you didn't like the product you could return it. They wanted to give me a percentage and then when I returned it the cost would have been like paying for the wig twice.
