unauthorized pending transaction inquiry

I have two pending transactions showing on my account from people I do not know, I have tried to cancel them but keep getting an error message .Don't know what to do next.Can anyone help ?

I understand that you have noticed unauthorised activity on your account. 

 

Firstly, I recommend changing your password and security questions immediately to prevent further activity taking place without your permission. Once you have done so, please report the transactions as unauthorised so that we can investigate the matter. 

 

If you are unable to report the transactions as unauthorised, please visit our website and click 'Contact' at the bottom of any page. There, you'll be able to see the contact options available to you for reaching our Support. 

 

Our Support Specialists will be able to open a case to have the transactions to be investigated on your behalf. 

 

I hope this helps in resolving your query,
