transcation dispute taking too long

i placed an order in August and have not received it. I filed a claim in September. Paypal keeps extending the date of its resolution. I would like a refund because the items i ordered were for a birthday that has come and gone. What can i do to get the funds put back into my account?

Sorry to hear you didn't receive this item in time. 

 

It sounds like you've taken the right steps to protect your money by filing a claim. The claim resolution date usually gets pushed back if a merchant provides tracking that shows the item is still in transit. Once the tracking confirms delivery or there isn't a status update on the tracking for a few days, the claim should be resolved.
