Hi I bought two concert tickets from the seller using paypal g&s. He didn't transfer it to me, so I opened the case. The paypal account that got my money replied that he is not a seller. The real seller was the other guy, and he transfered money to him immediately. Will Paypal refund my money? I got the real seller's paypal account, so if I make the claim, can Paypal make him refund to me? The real seller, not the middle one. Since I can only open the case about the middle guy, it's so confusing.

That is a problem for the middleman and not you. The person that you sent the funds to is responsible for making sure you received the tickets. Sounds as if they have been scammed but that is their problem not yours.
Make sure you escalate the dispute to a claim and you should hopefully get a refund. The middleman can then pursue the holder of the tickets anyway they can to try and recoup their losses.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
