stolen money out of balance, put in others bank

i got a notification that my paypal balance was transferring to my bank account. BUT IT IS NOT MY BANK ACCOUNT. IT IS FRAUD AND PAYPAL IS USELESS AND SAYING THERE ISNT ANYTHING SUSPISIOUS. PLEASE HELP

Is it transferring ie showing on your paypal account or was it a spoof email?
