seller doesn't respond - regarding to sending my product back and information about delay

Hello guys,

I have a problem. So I order begin of the month a iPhone from a eco friendly, refurbished iPhone site (for my vacation that was upcoming), it looked good the website: they said it would get delivered the next day, I would get guarantee of my product and customer service. I was unaware of the time that this company had bad reviews, and I stupidly bought a iPhone. So first there was a error on the website: I couldn't see my order, second of all I didn't got any email back from them that I ordered something. When I saw the company had bad reviews, I was really worried and tried to contact first the company, but no contact and they didn't reply to emails till this day, then I went immediately to PayPal to say I want to cancel my order. Paypal also didn't really answer. So I then went to vacation around 1,5 week after that without any track and trace to my email and without any answer on the company, around that time the seller gave information to PayPal about me not getting the order but I didn't know what they said. When coming back I realized the package arrived, so it was a probability arrived when I was gone. I said this to PayPal and decided to want to return it back because lack of promising delivery dates, guarantee, serve and incase a reparation of my phone. Paypal said they couldn't do anything and said I need to contact the seller while the seller is not reacting (emails, calls, social media message, numbers of workers (managers), etc) then I decided to change the claim of the PayPal claim to delayed so maybe I have a option to send it back to the seller. It is a lot of money.
