Thursday 28/07/2022 2:06 am until 2:18 am got attacks from about 10 google accounts and I changed all my accounts passwords and today at 12:04 pm somebody purchased some gift cards that I didn't authorize those purchases and I didn't have cancellation button on the purchases help?

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and using the report a problem link file a dispute for an unauthorised transaction if that is what it was.

Thanks for that but I got only the print option,(edited) I did that and it says I can't file a case about that type of transaction.

@RedBFS10, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to open a case for that activity. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page, through Twitter DM, or Facebook PM.
