Hello,

I just realized that I paid for an item at an auction that was a scam. It was created from photos from two different auctions on ebay.de. I paid last night with PayPal with buyer protection, the seller writes that he will send the item tomorrow. I already know it's a scam, what should I do?
When selling, he gave me his personal data, which does not match the data I see on PayPal payments. How should I proceed when I have evidence before shipment that it is a fraud?

You have up to 30 days to open an Ebay dispute for non receipt of item or item received but not as described so I would checkout their buyer protection first.
