I really am **bleep** off by PayPal's decision to refuse to refund me, 3 times I attached screenshots of royal mail receipts on the resolution center which clearly indicate that the item was sent to the wrong address, why PayPal ignored these pictures?s-l1600 (1).jpgs-l1600 (2).jpgs-l1600 (3).jpgs-l1600 (4).jpgs-l1600.jpg

I'm sorry to hear that your package was sent to the wrong address. That certainly would be frustrating to experience! Since you have information from the shipping company regarding this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team directly to request an appeal.
