I bought 2 phones from a guy and I believe he scammed me. It was $210.63 and I would like to get a refund, please

How did you pay? Was it via goods/services or friends/family?

How did you fund the paypal payment?

It like asked me how I wanted to pay for them, so I just did PayPal and next thing you know, it hit that I got scammed so I tried emailing him through the page I had bought them from, but it said his email was nonexistent, hopefully I can get it back 😞
