"oops something went wrong on our end"

Unable to submit claim via resolution center, my card was stolen & they used the card multiple times prior to my knowledge to pay some of their own bills! I try to submit a dispute in the resolution center but continue to get the same error every time "Oops something went wrong on our end" then it wants me to try again. This keeps going on and on and on. It's not allowing me to submit a claim

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having with this. Have you tried to clear your web browser's cache and cookies or use a different web browser/device? 

 

Usually, this works for the majority of customers.

I have tried clearing everything and using different devices but still unable to raise a dispute with seller
