If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside. You would also have to wait until you received the Paypal email citing you were eligible to withdraw those funds.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

It's been three years, not 180 days. It's 1095 days. Every request is answered with a link to the rules and "try later" how many more years do I have to wait?

Try reading what I wrote.....

You would also have to wait until you received the Paypal email citing you were eligible to withdraw those funds.

So even if its after 180 days, if you have not received the email then you are not eligible to withdraw the funds.

How does your answer solve the situation? I have been hearing these excuses for three years. HOW MANY YEARS DO I HAVE TO WAIT? 20 YEARS? 50 YEARS?
