Hi, i was trying to download a movie to my computer and a virus got into my computer attacking location settings. I think this affected my paypal account and paypal has closed my account and requested some information from me. But while I was sending the information, I accidentally uploaded the bank statement instead of the address and my account was permanently closed. I was told that I could get my money after 180 days. How do I open my paypal account?
