paypal refund

unconpleted transactions where done.... money was debited... more than 30 days passed and yet i havent been refunded completely. i want my money back. or i want to fill up a case in court against paypal. i have all the official documentation from bank canada to proove they stole money from me. what should i do?

Apart from the daft accusations against paypal you haven't actually given any information we can use to advise you.

You said uncompleted transactions were done, so do you mean the transactions are showing as unclaimed or pending on your paypal account?

What funding source did you use and is there a clearance date if its pending?

Have you had a refund at all?

Does it show as refunded in your paypal account?

money is missing has i had few refunds on my drbit card that was used for the transactions nothing pending or whatsoever. not on my paypal account. and not on the debitcard used for the transaction money was debited long time ago daft accusation .... when the money isnt back anywhere in any of my accounts... its a steal. im dealing with a lawer in civil rights at the moment im sick of fighting against goliath.
