hi guys, I've been face a problem In paypal that’s You've exceeded a regulatory limit on payments you can send in a year. To comply with regulations, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner. This will help you avoid account limitations. I've been contact a assistance , and he told me the reason for the problem of refusing to verify my account is that I modified the image or something similar , After that, I uploaded the image clearly without any modification, and the company still rejected my request, and I do not know why

This is all I could find about KYC.  What country are you from?

Also please note, when asking for KYC, follow their direction explicitly.  If they ask for a sign in handwriting, it MUST be in handwriting.  If the pictures are blurred or some of the text is not readable, that will also cause it to fail.  The ID MUST be from the country the account is from.  The address on the ID must match the address on the account in question.  If there are ANY mismatches, it will fail and be rejected.  Then you would have to address the reasons for those mismatches.  If, for any reason, PayPal feels something is not right, they have the right to refuse to authenticate KYC.
