paypal holding funds and now I cnt even call help team!?!

I need help. I run an ecig business and paypal has stopped offering services which I’m fine with. However, money has been on hold to them for 4months and was supposed to be released weeks ago. When I called the help line i was assure twice the funds will be available for me to withdraw but that’s not the case and now I cnt get thought to speak to someone. Their help service isn’t available to me either. !! Any help /contact greatly appreciated. I just want my money and call it a day we talking funds that have been in the account for 9-10months! This holding of money have forced me to close my business as the money on hold was 6months revenue (18m profit) 😞

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Hi thanks for your reply. I was told a couple time the funds are held for 180 days which now has passed. I’m a bit panicky now because every time I call paypal I get a message “our offices are currently closed” it’s 11.47am here in the Uk and I same the same messages for the last 3 days. It’s as if now my account is closed, paypal track my number and don’t want to offer help services but I have a huge amount of money sitting in my account that I cannot withdraw. How do I get to speak to someone? Iv tried calling in by logging in, Iv tried calling the help line from Google without a passcode and keep getting the same “out of office message” Any help will be greatly appreciated.
