How should I proceed if I mistakenly entered the payment to the wrong recipient?
I entered an email address, paypal offered me a person's name, I did not check and confirm.
the payment went out, I opened a dispute, but because I sent the payment as family and friends, I didn't have many options to choose from
I chose to hack the account.
an hour later it was found that the dispute was mistaken that the account was not hacked
I don't have the option to write to paypal anywhere and solve it with them.
I am desperate.
