parcel sent to address not in my settings. Settings not changed

Settings correctly show my address as 139 XX Rd.  Parcel delivered by Yodel today was addressed to 132 Same road.  Regular driver spotted the error and delivered to us.  Checked the Settings which show 139.  How does this happen and what can I do to stop any future error?
