Hello, I order some vitamins(that were pretty expensive) from a Website (hood.de). The website seem fine and not a scam. The website has sellers that sell products. Order from one seller that sells these vitamins. And i paid with paypal. Since then I haven’t received any information regarding the product or any activity from the seller. So I reported the problem at the website they told me they cannot issue a refund. So I tried thru paypal, but they closed the case because I was waiting for an answer from the website. So now i am trying to report the problem again but it automatically goes to report other issues because I reported it because of not received item. So now I need help to get my money back. Thank you

Do you mean the dispute auto-closed at 20 days post opening it because you didn't escalate to a claim?
