Hi there, I've not used PayPal for quite a few years now. I just reset my password in order to receive a payment off vinted, and it says I can no longer use PayPal, as the details I've entered are linked with a fraudulent issue
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
