no receipts of purchase and account limitation

Recently, I've been selling hotwheels on facebook groups and i received paypal transfers. 

There are thousands of dollars that got transferred to my account in a short period of time. 

So, paypal decided to limit my account. 

To resolve the account limitations paypal needs 3 things: 1. Tracking number 2. Receipt from supplier 3. Transaction description

The problem is, I have tracking number for each transaction. But I have no receipt of purchase from the supplier. 

I bought it in a Classic Car Show and the sellers did not give my any receipts. 

Please help me to solve this problem....

Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
