hello, good day! i am asking regarding my paypal account that got limited last 29th of august 2021. i received an email that i can get my money for withdrawal after 6 months. so 6 months have passed, i wasnt able to provide a bank account, since i'm still a minor and it was hard to get a bank account. so, the problem is, i already have my bank now and i wanted to withdraw my money, but then i wasnt able to reset my password since it was a long time ago. i don't have access to my mobile phone that is attached to my account, but i have access to my email. how can i have my account back and withdraw my money? thank you!

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
