my account was hacked and someone sent themselves $200 worth of russian money through my account to theirs, the only thing i want to know is how many times paypal will attempt to get that money from my bank account. i have less than $200 on my checking because i do not want the transaction to go through. already reported the “unauthorized transaction” to paypal and paypal closed my case by basically saying they couldn’t help. i have already been charged twice for $30 each, but will it happen again?
Welcome to PayPal Community! I realize you may be having trouble with a payment. I know this can be frustrating. The maximum amount that a transaction is attempted is three times before the account is drawn negative.
