money on hold due to Business Paypal?

hello,

I've sent some money and the person who received it said that my money is on hold because it's not enough. She says she has a Business Paypal account and as I've sent her 15 dollars, it's not enough. This doesn't sound right to me. I dont' know the rules of Business Paypal. So she' s asking me to add other 10 or 15 dollars to unblock this ''on hold'' situation.

Sounds like a load of rubbish, how did you send the funds ie friends/family or goods/services?

I was trying to find this rule on the Paypal website but I couldn't find it-

As you negated any Paypal protection by sending it using friends/family then the recipient is probably using any excuse to try and scam you of more money.

You basically sent them a 'gift' of money and they are trying to get more from you.
