money in other limited account how to transfer

i have money on my other qccount which is limited and i want to transfer that money on this account i have full access of that account

If you have limitations on an account then you are normally not allowed to open a new account and you may find that one limited as well if you don't resolve any issues on the old account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
