hi i recently opened a business account and i received funds from a client i am unable to access them due to account limitations. i am unable to provide receipts can someone unlock my account please
Even i got the same issue, i just opened my account and the great paypal lmited my account without any solid reason.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
