limit, remove

my account was limited and I am unable to confirm one of my cards .i opted to remove the card but thats not working does anyone know how i can go about this case

Depends if it was a temporary limitation or a permanent one.

If it was a permanent limitation then you won't be able to remove anything, Paypal does not want you to try and open another paypal account against their rules with any removed financials.

In that case link another visa credit card and you should be able to remove the old one that you cannot confirm?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
