I just joined paypal today for my new business, and it's limited directly.............
CS message keeps saying to check the Resolution page, but I cannot find anything. It shows 0 cases..
I don't know what to do or how to open my business without paypal, since paypal is the most popular and global payment no other choices....
May be I think because of the VPN.
Since I am living in UAE and i was using VPN for international phone calls, as you guys know UAE should use it for international phone calls....
I don't know where to ask, and how to resolve and release my account. What and where to submit documents for my KYC...
Can you please help me..?

Most common reasons for an account limitation are:-
1. You have a previously limited account (temporary or permanent) and you have tried to open a new account and not resolved the issues with the other account first.
2. Using a VPN.
3. Not living in the country where you opened your Paypal account.
4. Being under 18 / minor account.
5. Having 2 Paypal accounts or more of the same account type.
6. Not having your legal name on your Paypal account.
7. Selling items (often virtual or digital) that Paypal consider a high risk of disputes/chargebacks.
8. Using the friends/family option for sales transactions to try and evade Paypal fees and risk of disputes.
9. Too many disputes/claims.
10. Violating their acceptable use policy as per link.

Normally you can't appeal a permanent limitation however if you want to try then................
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello @WTRLEE,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I am sorry to know that your account has been restricted and I understand handling with limitation can be quite concerning. I recognize the importance of getting this taken care of. Account Limitations prevent you from completing certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. Usually, we ask you to complete some steps to remove your account limitation. Since, you do not see any notification about your account status in the Resolution Center, it is possible that our system requires you to complete CIP steps. I would recommend you to please visit this link and complete the steps. You will be shown with the list of documents in the above shared link that needs to be submitted.
Regards,
Ayesha
