I bought something from Walmart but it wasn't Walmart it was someone in China acting like Walmart. Payed through PayPal, I tried to get my money back but PayPal said it wasn't reason enough to get my money back. I have never got the items and I cant file again with PayPal anyone know what I should do?

I had something very similar. Pay Pal is condoning theft by failing to understand that these companies are using UPS tracking information that they have corrupted to make it seem like packages have been delivered. Pay pal refuses to investigate properly. This will be my LAST use of anything connected with Pay pal.

Sounds as if you didn't use the 'item not received' option but another one???
