Hello guys! My paypal account got limited and I have to prove my “business”, but I don’t even have a business. A few friends of mine wanted me to buy them a few things for them and they sent me the money through PayPal. Okay, but one of them did not know how to send it as a Friends & Family and sent the money as Goods and services, I refunded the transaction but PayPal has already limited my account. Now they want me to provide Business information such as supplier information and etc. I don’t even sell anything. I don’t even have a business account here.. I can’t find how to contact them so I can explain them my situation and that is the reason why I came here. Please help me! Thank you so much!

You have a personal and not a business account so paypal are probably suspicious that you are accepting friends/family payments for goods and services.

You need to contact them and explain that you were not selling goods/services and friends/family was the correct option.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
