i dont have bank account or credit card

paypal has flag me and put my account to limited, they are asking for my back account and credit card in order for them to start resolving, problem is i dont have bank and credit card.. how do i resolve this?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some restrictions on your account functionality. Have you checked the Resolution Center for any steps that need to be completed? If you find any there, here's a Help Center to guide you through Resolving a Limitation.
