i don't receive the code in my phone to login

when i enter my email and password to login they ask me to enter the code sent to my mobile phone, but i don't receive anything can i know how to solve this problem

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.

i already have a mobile phone linked to paypal for verification, but the issue is that i don't receive the verification code in my phone while login in, i have tried so many time,

Alot of people experience this including myself. Paypal will keep on asking for it and customer services well I'm deaf so I can't use the phone line and you have to be logged in to use the online methods of contact so no good for when experience this
