Hi guys,
I'm not able to accept a partial refund as the only option I can see it's just send a message, I received an email from PayPal notifying me that a partial refund offer has been done and it was also confirmed by the seller.
How can I accept the refund?

Hello @passa9,
Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum to ask your question!
I understand you're having difficulty accepting the partial refund offer, and I'm sorry to hear that. It looks like your case is currently a dispute, which means it's just a conversation between you and the seller. To accept their offer, you'll just submit a response stating that you'd like to agree to the offer. After that, they should process the partial refund from their side. If you do not receive the partial refund as agreed upon prior to November 28th, please escalate your case to PayPal.
When you escalate your case into a claim for PayPal to review, PayPal will step in and assist with a decision on the final outcome. If the case isn't escalated before that deadline, it would automatically close and could not be reopened. Also, please do not close the case until you receive the refund, even if the seller asks you to. Once a case is closed, it cannot be reopened either. The seller will have the option to issue a refund while the case is still open.
I hope this helps and that you receive your refund soon!
