I think the company are scammers. I joined in January   2024 and canelled the next day but they are still taking money out of my account. 2 amounts and Feb 2024 and 2 amounts this month.

I trying to contact them but they do not reply .

What company are you talking about?

Is it a subscription?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
