hacker got my acc and changed all data to get back, no mail, no phone number. what now?

Hi! 

A hacker hacked my account without SMS auth or email auth.
stole my money from my credit card and changed all my data so i can't get back the acc.

the bank sent my money back, the credit card is blocked, but i can't log in to the account, where are my personal informations.

with the new system i can't ask for help in email and on the site either.  i called the support, it was as expensive as the stolen money and nothing happened, one was away from the pc for long time (a girl from the US), two sent me from the Dublin phone to the american call center,  and one even hung up. 
what now?

no, this is not that account, i've created a new one only for this case.

Since you're unable to access your account, the only way to have this resolved is by contacting our PayPal Customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our representative can help you re-gain access to your account and help you report this unauthorized activity on your account. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
